[sane-devel] Updated and final version of xsane.ru.po

This is a final version of ru.po for XSane 0.79.
To Oliver:
1) I found 2 strings, that is not in xsaone.po, they are in preferences
on email tab whith text "Viewer (png):" and Tooltip for this option;
2) There are some strings for presets, I didn't fined a way to display
them, is it a unused strings, or code for them is not written?
