[sane-devel] New Release: UMAX Astra 1220U

Everyone:

There is now a new sep01 release of the UMAX Astra 1220U driver which
superseeds the broken jul31 release. Thanks to Moritz Angermann for
bringing these problems to my attention.

Here is a summary of changes:

   - Fixed compile errors in "pv_write_byte" and "pv_read_byte"
   - Updated install documentation with two missing (but very important)
steps.
   - Cleaned up the text of some debugging messages.
