Yes, but it's not detected by the scanner driver: Driver=(none)!

Example for a Mustek USB scanner:

Usually these are links. Do NOT create /dev/scanner. If you like, you
can create /dev/usbscanner (or /dev/usb/scanner) by just linking it to
/dev/usb/scanner0.

Probably you need to tell the scanner module which scanner it should
detect:

rmmod scanner
modprobe scanner vendor=0x04a5 product=0x207e
scanimage -L

Check the syntax, I didn't look at the docs for that.
