[sane-devel] [ANN] UMAX Astra parallel port backend

	The last CVS version of the umax_pp backend for UMAX Astra 1220P , HP3200C,
 1600P and 2000P now uses the ppdev character device for all I/O under linux.
	This brings the ability to scan as a normal user (no more suid exe 
anymore ..), and to cope with various parport settings.

	Next step will be to switch to libieee1284 when it will be included in SANE.
