This old project does *not* work with mustek's gt6801 based scanners.
The other one from www.mivlgu.murom.ru works, but the calibration code
only works for GT6816 based scanners.
There is another project to provide a sane backend but it's GT6816 only
and I've forget it's name. However it shouldn't be too difficult to add
GT6801 support.
