[sane-devel] SANE i18n: only one translation file per language?

I have changed the files in CVS now. Please test.

You must use the patch for xsane mentioned before. Also remove all the
existing translations in
/usr/local/share/locale/lang/LC_MESSAGES/sane-*

Otherwise the old backend-specific files are loaded.
