This looks ok for me. The scanner is found at /dev/sg1. The USB line
is bogus and can be ignored.

You can try "SANE_DEBUG_DLL=255 xsane" and look in trhe output if your
backend is actually loaded.

This command doesn't exist. Do you mean "xscanimage" or "scanimage -L"?
