At least one person reported the Trust Compact Scan USB19200 working
with the Mustek backend and the data he sent was the same as that of
the Mustek 1200 UB.

However, with Trust every single word and even character or number
counts. One different word and you get a completely different scanner.
There is a warning about this on my page, I will add it to the
description of the USB scanner, also.

Your id is the same as that of the Mustek 1200 UB PLUS.

See

Two people are working on support of the GT-68** chip. See also
http://www.mivlgu.murom.ru/~vsu/gt68xx/ . (currently I can't access
this site).

Return the scanner to your vendor and ask him for one that is supported
by SANE.
