[sane-devel] usb scanner still not found

this all looks okay, the problem is either your dll.conf
and/or the plustek.conf file...
At least you need the entry plustek in the dll.conf
and in the plustek.conf:
[usb] 0x004a9 0x2206
device auto
Check the examples in the file, that has been delivered with
the TEST3 tar-ball. Itmight happen, that the older ones are not
overwritten during the installation step...
This should do the trick!
