Ok...

Hum... let's see... this is what I get at /var/log/syslog at my scanner
connection:

Sep  4 01:04:15 morpheus kernel: usb.c: USB device 5 (vend/prod
0x3f0/0x1105) is not claimed by any active driver.
Sep  4 01:04:15 morpheus usbmgr[298]: vendor:0x3f0 product:0x1105

Sep  4 01:04:16 morpheus usbmgr[298]: USB device isn't matched the
configuration

How could I take more information from this point on?
