	Hello, 
	I wrote a VxD for that purpose (when analyzing umax 1220p protocol).
It uses CPU I/O breakpoints to log I/O at 0x378 in file. Unfortunately,
I lost the sources, but I still have it in its binary form. I can provide it
you if you wish, it works in win95/win98/winme.
