I don't see any reasons why you shouldn't get a full read/write
account, e.g. for updating the OS/2 realted sanei_thread or
documentation files. Ask Petter for access, see
http://www.student.uit.no/~pere/linux/sane/cvs-server.html for
details. It can take some time until he answers :-)
