Oh, that's bad, very bad. Probably a problem with the Linux USB core
or the UHCI host controller driver. Which kernel version do you use?
Maybe updating the kernel helps. If it doesn't, please send a mail to
the linux-usb-devel mailing list (see www.linux-usb.org) and ask those
folks about the problem. It really looks like a kernel problem for me.
