I have tried xsane, xscanimage and scanadf for my scsi Epson 1640SU ADF as proposed on this list. Flatbed scanning works, but trying to use the ADF results in the following error: "Failed to start scanner: Error during device I/O", and no scanning starts. Therefore I just wonder: Has somebody succeed with Sane for any Epson ADF scanner? Regards, Terje J. Hanssen
