Hello, I'v been donated an UMAX Astra 610P by William Stuart (who also paid shipping). I am now able to bring SANE support for it. It is still too early to tell, but it seems it will fit in umax_pp backend. Although I expect there will be a backend for this model this year, I can't tell exactly when (got 3 kids and a job ...).
