[sane-devel] CVS trouble ?

	Hello,

	there is a strang login for CVS access:

stefdev at Gurraen:~/test>cvs 
-d:ext:stefdev-guest at cvs.alioth.debian.org/cvsroot/sane co sane-backends

Password:
stefdev-guest at cvs.alioth.debian.org's password:       


We get 3 'Password:' prompts that don't complain about the password you type 
(I typed silly things and nothing complained) until we get our regular login. 
I am still asleep and missing the obvious, or something bad is happening ?
