Sorry to ask, but are you sure that this is a Canon Lide 20?

The product id is not the one of a Canon Lide 20, but a Canon Lide 35,
40 or 50. Completely different chipset.

So either your scanner actually isn't a Lide 20 or someone printed
"Lide 20" on a Lide 35, 40 or 50.

In any case, it will not work with the plustek backend. See the
ongoing discussion about gl841 support in the genesys backend.
