[sane-devel] epson cx4200

All-In-One Epson cx4200
OS: Ubuntu Breezy

Printer is autodetected as CX3100, print drivers include CX3200 - 
printing works fine

scan-find gives 0x04b8 0x0820
scanimage -L gives scanner not found

I have tried to modify both /etc/scan.d/epson.conf and /snapscan.conf

epson.conf
6 => comment #scsi epson
18 => leave usb
23 => add usb 0x04b8 0x0820

scanscan.conf
11 => uncomment /dev/usb/scanner0 bus=usb
106 => add # epson cx4200
107 => add usb 0x04b8 0x0820

Question:  do I need to edit both files ?  If not which one?,  Also 
should I list printer as 0x0820  or as the cx3200 driver 0x0802 ?

Can anyone help out?  thanks
