[sane-devel] Sane doesn't create a scanner device

I took the latest CVS version I could get. It is 1.0.16-cvs.

I still have iscan around somewhere (not removed completely yet), but
I'm not using it.

You get the CVS from
http://www.sane-project.org/cvs.html

But you'll have to compile the sources, so better read the README and
INSTALL files in the source directory.
