[sane-devel] How do I get my backend into SANE?

I've written a backend for Lexmark X1100 series scanners. It still needs 
some work, but is usable.

Currently, it is capable of scanning grayscale or colour at 75, 150, 
300, 600, and 1200 (600x1200) dpi. The following sized scans are 
supported: Wallet (2.5"x3.5"), 3"x5", 4"x6", 5"x7", 8"x10", and Letter 
(8.5"x11").

I built it in sane-backends-1.0.15 and would now like to make it 
available. How do I get my code into the beta area?
