Hello,
some questions:

If the line "option disable-calibration" in the avision.conf is commented  
out the scanner works after doing:

scanimage -d avision >t.pnm (closed Door, no Tray)
scanimage -d avision --frame 1 --resolution 1200 >bild.pnm (open door,  
tray with negatives)

But the scanned negative is not a positive.

If the line "option disable-calibration" is commented with "#" at first,  
the debug-log looks the :
