Hello,

I got this problem report:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=210172

I cannot reproduce it and I have no good idea how to debug
the issue further.

Short summary:
One user reports that since sane-backends 1.0.17 his Canon LiDE 20
jams from time to time making an ugly noise and that installing
sane-backends 1.0.15 solves the problem.
Another user reports a very similar behaviour with a LiDE 50
and that it is not related to USB_SUSPEND.

I guess it is perhaps a bug in SANE's general USB I/O functions
because both devices use different backends?

Kind Regards
