[sane-devel] Samsung SCX4200 Scanner and Ubuntu

Hello!

Finally, my Samsung SCX-4200 monochrome laser
multifunctional machine is working under Kubuntu
6.10. 

Samsung changed its driver in April 2007, so the
new one is working.

Xsane works well, Kooka doesn't find the device.
Xsane requires root status, but I don't care.
