[sane-devel] New backend for Lexmark X6100

I started develop new backend for Lexmark X6100 Series AIO and
possible others (may be X5100 and X5200 series are compatible).
Already have more-less working standalone tool(but code is crap),  I
will post it here latter, after rewrite.
