[sane-devel] Infrared support on Epson 4870 and 4990

 A good soul sent me a piece of  code
 to enable infrared scanning on the scanners in subject.

 It seems that a strange activation sequence
 is required in order to enable the feature... now I wonder
 what were they thinking when they did that...

 I will be incorporating it in both sane and sane evolution
 in the next weeks.. if there's someone willing to betatest, please
 drop me a note
