[sane-devel] Please clean before CVS update

I also had a missing '-lusb' but I have to do a clean build before I can
say more. I'd rebuilt my sane-backends RPM but there are some patches
which may need attention. So I need to look at it later.
Ah, now I remember that running automake has made things worse. But then
I'm no expert with the auto* stuff and I habe to look at it later.
