[sane-devel] epjitsu S300 w. sane-backends-1.0.20-r1 does not scan back-side

Hi all,
using an epjitsu S300 scanner w. 300_0c00.nal firmware copied from windows.  
With sane-backends-1.0.20-r1 (earlier versions of sane-backends used to  
crash), scanner works fine for scanning front-side. But gives either blank  
page, or blank page with vertical black lines for all back-sides when  
duplex or back-side scanning is attempted. Any thoughts?
