The output from the .log file is attached as a .tar.gz file.  I did try
sending a screenshot of the error message and terminal output, but even
compressed it was too large and was rejected.

The error message is: Failed to open device 'snapscan-;obisb-002-002' Error
during device I/O  and the only option given is "Close",

Am I indecisive?'  Can I get back to you on that?
