	Hello,

	we need more debugging information. Could you run scanimage with full debug 
traces with:
export SANE_DEBUG_GENESYS=255
export SANE_DEBUG_GENESYS_GL841=255
scanimage -d genesys >scan.pnm 2>debug.log

	Then us the debug.log file (maybe compressed if the file is big).
