[sane-devel] Open scanner by device file

This depends on the backend in use. Some backends expose the
devicename as a serial number, so you can have a static name. Other
backends use the system defined name, which might change randomly.

If you want to speed up the searching time, try commenting out the
backends you dont use in /etc/sane.d/dll.conf
