[sane-devel] problems with samsung SCX-4521F

Probably problem is in usb halting.
I did simple sanei_usb_clear_halt() on open and closing device.
But maybe this is somewhat wrong. It was worked excellent for me.
Unfortunalely I'm not usb guru and can not guess solution.
