[sane-devel] Xerox DocuMate takes long to return BUSY when on standby

That helps a lot.
I don't know why I missed that option. I can now turn off power saving.
However the problem will remain if the power_save_time is set to
something other than 0.

btw, the scanner comes out of it's stand by mode if I unplug and plug
back in the usb cable.
