[sane-devel] sane-frontend debian lenny

I removed that define from sane-backends because it was not in the
standard, and was not used consistently. We have not produced a new
release of sane-frontends since that time. I will commit a patch to
our git repo to fix this, and a couple other issues later today.

I have attached a patch from Fedora to get you past this in the
meantime. However, I suggest you learn to use scanimage, which comes
with sane-backends. The future of sane-frontends is uncertain, as
those tools are effectively unmaintained.
