[sane-devel] Canon MF4320-4350

I do not know if this machine can do lineart in software, many modern
machines cannot. Some backends do have code to create lineart in
software, sometimes using dynamic threshold algo (epjitsu comes to
mind). Perhaps that could be adapted to pixma, or (preferably) moved
to sanei_magic and shared.

But, in the meantime, you should certainly be able to find something
faster than imagemagick. How about outputting them as pnm instead, and
the using pnmtotiff -g4, then tiffcp to merge them, then tiff2pdf to
convert.
