[sane-devel] network scanning does not work

Thanx for the hint, i now found out, it is a firewall issue... when I disable 
SuSEfirewall2 on the server I can scan now! 

But, i *did* open port 6566 on TCP and UDP! So, why do I have this issue? Is 
there more to do than opening port 6566?
