[sane-devel] Support for Scanner Canon 9950F

Dear Developers of SANE,

would it be possible to add SANE support for the Scanner Canon 9950F? 
Right now it is still on the blacklist of unsupported devices.

If necessary I could also provide hardware and a donation for the effort.
