Hi Ilia!

I can confirm great success as my ScanJet 4500C is now working with 
provided patch. I did some basic tests with various DPI and I didn't 
experience any problems so far. I'd like to thank you a lot for you 
work! I can attach some logs if you're interested in or if you want 
them. Just let me know. Thanks again!
