In last month, I've done test compiles on Fedora 17, mingw32 (epson2
compiled only), mingw64 (epson2 only), and OS X 10.6 and we are good
to go on those platforms.

If I see new code submissions, I'll do another test compile around Aug
1 and fix any issues.
