[sane-devel] hp photsmart 5520 missing in libsane.rules

The readme[1] said to email the sane list. Please be kind with my first 
post - I hope I have the details correct.

HPLIP 3.12.9 [2] added support for the photosmart 5520 [3] all in one 
combination printer/scanner, but an up to date Fedora 16 did not have 
the following entry:

/lib/udev/rules.d/65-libsane.rules

# Hewlett-Packard Photosmart 5520
ATTRS{idVendor}=="03f0", ATTRS{idProduct}=="b111", 
ENV{libsane_matched}="yes"

After making the above change, unplugging and re plugging the printer it 
now appears to be visible to users [4].
