[sane-devel] Info on working scanner

The following non-listed scanner in udev/rules.d works well with the 
manufacturer's drivers :

# Brother DCP-J140W
ATTRS{idVendor}=="04f9", ATTRS{idProduct}=="02a0", MODE="0664", 
GROUP="scanner", ENV{libsane_matched}="yes"

Please consider if this entry can be added by default in udev/rules.d/##-
sane.rules.
