I've bought a PowerLook 1000 a few weeks ago. The scanner works with Vuescan but I've overlooked that the USB port isn't supported. Unfortunately neither my notebook nor my desktop have a FireWire port. Will the PowerLook 1000 work one day using sane (on Ubuntu)? Many hanks for your help!
