[sane-devel] sane to work with USB 3.0

This is becoming a common complaint. It seems that vuescan has a
workaround for a problem that we have previously attributed to the
Linux kernel. I have ordered a USB3 card for my computer, and will try
to reproduce the problem in the coming weeks.
