[sane-devel] Unsupported scanner

What exactly happens, when you try to start a scan? Please open the lid of  
your scanner and try to observe what the optical array under the glass  
pane is doing. Does it move at all? Does the electrical motor start(you'll  
hear it if it does) and then stop?
