[sane-devel] Canon MX922 scan error

This error has basically plagued this canon since new

[bjnp] bjnp_open_tcp: ERROR - Can not connect to scanner: Connection
refused

The printer part of this unit works on all computers 

This is the error from every computer in the house. We are running
either Xubuntu 16.04LTS or Ubuntu Studio 16.04LTS
I am using sane 1.014-11, xsane 0.999-3ubuntu1, libsane PPA
http://ppa.launchpad.net/rolfbensch/sane-release/ubuntu

I am also in the groups scanner, saned 
Any suggest
