After looking at your logfiles it seems the scanner is being recognized
and the options are being accepted, but its failing to find home. I
think this may be a difference between the X1195 and the other X1100s.
I'm not even sure it uses the same scanner chip - rts8852 (which would
also explain why its not finding home). From the Lexmark website their
x1100 scanner driver supports the following models:<br>

Lexmark X1110, Lexmark X1130, Lexmark X1140, Lexmark X1150, Lexmark
X1155, Lexmark X1160, Lexmark X1170, Lexmark X1180, Lexmark X1185,
Lexmark X1190<br>

The sane lexmark backend should also support these models. Since the
X1195 is new, it may have a different scanner driver from Lexmark even
though it is using the same usb code. Unfortunately, this means it
probably won't work with the sane lexmark backend.<br>

problem:

Try to run a scan or preview. If it does not work, send the log
(compressed!).
