Is there any work sufficiently completed for the Hewlett Packard Photo
Smart S20<br>
USB Scanner to enable me to copy a few 35mm slides? I have a dozen
slides that need <br>
to be copied and may never need it again. I don't have the Windows
driver and it's a 70meg<br>
file, too much for my dial-up connection.<br>

I've gone through everything I can find via Google, etc. without
success. It appears that <br>
work was never completed on the back end for this device.<br>

sane-find-scanner produces:<br>

found USB scanner (vendor=0x03f0 [HEWLETT-PACKARD], product=0x0102 [HP
PhotoSmart C5101A - S20]) at libusb:001:002<br>
<br>
on this Fedora Core 4 Linux system.<br>
