with my xinerama setup), I was told to use another graphic driver<br>
(currently using nvidia closed source driver 195.36.something) I<br>
previously had 177.xx driver, where xsane worked, but not since. Now I<br>
don't know if you're using nvidia, but at least for me (and what I'm<br>
told by this list) the culprit is the nvidia driver and/or it's<br>
implementation of xinerama. No real patch has been suggested other than<br>
using another driver, which for me is not possible (177.xx does not work<br>
with current X) and so I use scanimage as command line tool replacement...<br>
