I can now get Snow Leopard to see the scanner by adding SANE as the scanner in System Preferences and it will also scan using the TWAIN – Sane Interface. However I cannot get the scanner recognises in either GIMP2 or Image Capture – they see SANE but say no scanner selected. Trying to use xsane just gets no device. I can scan using SANE which is great but just to feel that the problem hasn’t beaten me I would love advice on how to get Image Capture and GIMP to see SANE and work with it.<BR>
