I have already downloaded the full SANE package that you provide on your homepage and installed it successfully. The SANE connection shows up in all different scan softwares I've tried (Image Capture, Photoshop CS5, Exact Scan). Only in GraphicConverter it is not recognized at all. Now the problem is, the actual scan won't work, it's only loading previews or scans, but does not transfer the data. Only one exception:</span></div>

But yesterday it already confirmed both of these commands and still did not work with any scan software.</div>
<div>I also tried all of the rest suggestions on your faq site <a href="http://www.ellert.se/twain-sane/faq.html">http://www.ellert.se/twain-sane/faq.html</a> </div><div>Nothing worked.</div><div>Now with Exact Scan it recognised the SANE connection, but once it came to starting the scan it just loads without getting anywhere with it.</div>
