All,<div><br></div><div>Upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04.  And was using gscan2pdf when I realized that I could not scan in any other mode than color.  Previous version, 10.04 Ubuntu, I could scan in all three modes, color, line art & gray scale.  This does not appear to be the case with the sane-backend 1.0.22 installed. </div>
